Pickled Radishes
- 1 bunch Radish
- 3/4 cup White wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes/garlic/mustard, fennel, coriander seeds (optional)
- Slice or use a mandolin to slice the radishes.
- Put them into a jar.
- Heat up the vinegar, water, honey, to boiling point and then pour over the radishes and let cool.
- Serve immediately or leave in fridge.
