Daya's Healthy Pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Combine milk and vinegar in a separate cup (to make buttermilk).
  3. Form a well to add the buttermilk and the remaining wet ingredients (reserve butter & chocolate chips for later).
  4. Whisk together pancake mix just until smooth.
  5. Heat some of the butter in pan for cooking.
  6. When good and hot, add 1/4 C of the mix to pan to form each pancake, then sprinkle with some of your chocolate chips.
  7. Flip pancake as you see bubbles form on top.
  8. Serve with real maple syrup!
