Packed with Vegetables! Asparagus and Vegetable Pork Rolls

  1. Cut the carrots and asparagus to the same length, microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
  2. Evenly coat the thinly sliced meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll up the vegetables while tugging the meat a bit, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, and cook until golden brown while shaking the pan back and forth.
  5. Pour in the mixed ingredients around the edge of pan, roll the meat back and forth to coat in the sauce, cover with a lid, and steam cook over medium heat.
  6. Roll the meat over halfway through, and it is done once it is coated in the sauce!
  7. Remove the toothpicks, cut into easy-to-eat portion sizes, and enjoy.
