Two Week Cauliflower Salad Recipe

  1. Fry bacon till crisp.
  2. Drain and crumble.
  3. Break cauliflower into small flowerettes.
  4. Chop onions, including tops.
  5. Mix all together with unthawed green peas.
  6. Beat salad dressing and lowfat sour cream together, add in to cauliflower mix and toss gently to coat.
  7. This salad will keep for two weeks tightly covered in refrigerator, if it lasts which long.
