Slime-Frosted Poke Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool in pan 10 min.
  2. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Cut small "X" in top of each cupcake with sharp knife.
  5. Carefully spoon gelatin over cupcakes, adding about 2 tsp.
  6. to each.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. Meanwhile, melt chocolate as directed on package; pour into resealable plastic bag.
  9. Snip small piece off one bottom of bag; use to pipe chocolate into spider web shapes on parchment- or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  10. Refrigerate 30 min.
  11. or until firm.
  12. Whisk marshmallow creme and COOL WHIP until blended.
  13. Stir in food coloring; spread onto cupcakes.
  14. Top with chocolate spider webs.
