Green Grotto Salad Recipe
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- Dash of salt
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced olives
- 1 c. minced cucumbers
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna fish
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- Pour boiling water on Jello.
- Add in salt, vinegar, minced celery and minced olives.
- Pour half into mold.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- To remaining Jello, stir in cucumber, tuna fish, and mayonnaise.
- Pour onto hard Jello mold.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Unmold on salad greens, tuna fish side up.
