Gingerbread Martini

  1. Pour first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into high ball glass or any 8-ounce glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Pour a little dark rum over the back of a spoon and float on top of the ginger beer.
  6. Garnish with a gingerbread man cookie.
