The Lady's Warm Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes with skins for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender.
  2. Let cool just to the touch and cut into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Add potatoes.
  5. Mix gently and serve at room temperature.
