Tangy Cauliflower Salad

  1. Combine cauliflower, pecans, golden raisins, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Toss to mix thoroughly.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar until sugar is dissolved and all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour mayonnaise mixture over cauliflower mixture.
  5. Stir to coat cauliflower mixture completely.
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  7. Flavors will become rich during chilling time.
