Sliced Beef and Onions in Butter-Soy Sauce
- 50 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 grams Salt
- 1/2 grams Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 ml Oil
- Julienne the onion.
- Heat oil in a pan, and add the onions, once cooked through, add the meat.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the remaining ingredients.
