Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate and butter in pan.
  2. Add in nuts and stir.
  3. In a separate bowl, barely stir together sugar, flour, Large eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Don't beat; just mix in.
  5. Add in chocolate and nut mix to above mix and barely stir.
  6. Don't beat.
  7. Not a smooth looking batter.
  8. Fill c. 2/3 full.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min.
  10. Makes 20 cupcakes.
