Creamy Baked Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
- 1 (8 ounce) carton plain yogurt
- 8 ounces crushed seasoned stuffing mix (1 cup dry measurement)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray baking dish with non-stick vegetable spray.
- Place chicken breasts in dish.
- Combine soup and yogurt and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with crushed stuffing mix.
- May add a little pepper if you like.
- There should be enough salt in the soup so you shouldn't have to add any.
- I don't add any - the yogurt is a little tangy so you'll have good flavor.
- Bake in preheated oven, uncovered for about an hour or until chicken is done.
- (No pink in the middle).
- That's it -- just serve it right out of the dish.
