Victorian Epicure Greek Style Burgers
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 12 small onion, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons victorian epicure all purpose Greek seasoning
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground victorian epicure sea salt
- 1 teaspoon victorian epicure pepper
- 1 14 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 14 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 12 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Whisk first 6 ingredients in stainless steel bowl.
- Add ground beef, bread crumbs and Feta cheese, mixing gently to combine.
- With water-moistened hands, form the mixture into 4 3/4" (2cm) patties.
- Grill or pan fry.
- To pan-fry, heat olive oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
- Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and tzaziki.
