Salted Caramel Mocha Cheesecake

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F.
  2. BLEND together cream cheese, creamer, sugar & vanilla until smooth.
  3. Blend in 2 eggs.
  4. Pour into 9-inch chocolate pie crust.
  5. BAKE for 35 to 45 minutes.
  6. Let cool & serve, or refrigerate until chilled.
  7. ENJOY!
