Salted Caramel Mocha Cheesecake
- 1 9-inch Chocolate Pie Crust
- 2 packages (8oz) Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- PREHEAT oven to 350F.
- BLEND together cream cheese, creamer, sugar & vanilla until smooth.
- Blend in 2 eggs.
- Pour into 9-inch chocolate pie crust.
- BAKE for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Let cool & serve, or refrigerate until chilled.
- ENJOY!
