Tomato Pizza Pie
- 1 whole 12" Pie Crust (store Bought Or Your Favorite Recipe)
- 3 whole Medium Tomatoes, Sliced
- 6 whole Plum Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano, Divided
- 10 leaves Basil, Sliced
- 2 cups Spinach, Fresh, Roughly Chopped
- 2 cups Pasta Sauce Or Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Light Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Line a pie plate with your pie crust.
- Add one layer of tomatoes, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 5 basil leaves, 2 cups of spinach.
- Create a second layer by adding remaining tomatoes, sprinkle with oregano and remaining basil leaves.
- Pour pasta sauce over the tomatoes and evenly spread with the back of a spoon.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly golden.
