Tomato Pizza Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Line a pie plate with your pie crust.
  3. Add one layer of tomatoes, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 5 basil leaves, 2 cups of spinach.
  4. Create a second layer by adding remaining tomatoes, sprinkle with oregano and remaining basil leaves.
  5. Pour pasta sauce over the tomatoes and evenly spread with the back of a spoon.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly golden.
