Asaragus Birdsnest Quiche #5FIX

• 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
• 3 large eggs
• 1 12 cups cream (half and half)
• 8 ounces Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 10 stalks asparagus, chopped

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Coat 9-inch glass deep dish pie pan with nonstick spray.
3. Place Simply Potatoes onto the bottom of the pan pressing down and up the sides forming what looks like a birdsnest.
4. Combine eggs and cream.
5. Add cheese and asparagus to egg mixture, pour over potatoes.
6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
