Peas and Mushrooms

• 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweet peas
• 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
• 12 cup diced onion
• 14 cup butter
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• black pepper

1. Cook peas to package directions and drain.
2. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
3. Stir in sugar, salt and pepper and peas.
4. Cover and cook until heated through.
