Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookie

• 125 g butter
• 12 cup white sugar
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 58 cups self-raising flour
• 1 cup finely chopped nuts
• 125 g chocolate bars
• vanilla essence

1. 125gm Butter (softened).
2. 1 teacup sugar (half brown & white).
3. 1 egg.
4. 1.5+ teacups self raising flour.
5. 1 teacup finely chopped nuts ( i ground them in a blender - used walnuts + peanuts, as these are salted nuts, i didnt add salt to recipe).
6. 125gm finely chopped baking chocolate (i guess you could replace with chocolate chips).
7. Vanilla essense (optional).
8. Baked for approximate 16mins @ 175C on greased baking sheet.
