Artichoke, Fresh Mozzarella, And Salami Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide artichoke mix among bottom halves of rolls.
  4. Top with cheese, then salami.
  5. Spread top half of each roll with 2 Tbsp.

  7. Place atop salami.
  8. Press sandwiches lightly to compact and wrap each tightly in plastic wrap.
  9. Chill sandwiches at least 4 hrs and up to 1 day.
  10. This recipe yields 4 servings.
