Orange Jello Salad

  1. Pour pineapple and it's juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved.
  3. Place mixture in a bowl and cool.
  4. When mixture has cooled to room temperature stir in oranges, coconut, pecans and buttermilk.
  5. Fold in cool whip.
  6. Pour into a jello mold that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  7. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and serve.
