Beer Can Chicken
- 1 Whole Chicken, 3-4 Pounds
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Sea Salt And Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Your Favorite Seasong
- 1/2 cans (12 Oz. Size) Beer
- You will also need a beer can chicken stand.
- Start by removing the giblets of the chicken.
- Rinse well and pat dry.
- Rub oil all over and on the inside of the chicken.
- Season with salt and peppper and rub in seasoning.
- Take a few good sips of your beer because you only want it half full.
- Place beer in the holder and place the chicken on top.
- Cook your chicken over indirect heat on the grill for about 1 1/2 hours.
- The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
