Pina Colada Smoothies
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 12 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 small banana, cut in chunks
- 12 teaspoon stevia, to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
- In a blender, puree water, lemon juice, pineapple, banana, stevia and cream of coconut for 30-60 seconds or until thick and smooth.
