Tofu and Avocado Salad with Yuzu Pepper Paste
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 50 grams Firm tofu
- 1/2 Canned tuna (packed in oil)
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1/2 tsp or more Yuzu pepper paste
- 1 tsp Honey
- Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces and marinate in lemon juice.
- Microwave the tofu for 2 minutes at 600W, then drain well.
- Put the tofu into a bowl, and mash it with a wooden pestle or a spoon until smooth.
- Add the flaked tuna and seasoning ingredients and mix well.
- Add the avocado with lemon juice to the bowl from Step 3, toss, and it's done.
