Green Tea Ice Cream-Matcha Aisukuriimu

  1. Grind the green tea very fine.
  2. Bring the milk to the boil and dissolve the sugar.
  3. Stir in the green tea.
  4. Let it stand for 15 minutes; strain the mixture.
  5. Mix with the cream and the condensed milk.
  6. Make ice-cream using an ice machine or put in the freezer, stirring every hour.
