Sausage and Maple Corn Muffin Sandwiches
- 1 pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 6 OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Pork Sausage Patties
- 1/3 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- Preheat oven to temperature indicated on corn muffin package.
- Prepare muffin batter and bake as directed on package for six muffins.
- Cool slightly.
- Heat sausage patties as directed on package.
- Cut muffins horizontally in half; drizzle syrup evenly over cut surfaces of muffin halves.
- Top bottom half of each muffin with 1 sausage patty; cover with top of muffin.
- Serve warm.
