Harvest Stew
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. boneless skinless turkey breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Natural Applewood Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, cut into thin wedges
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
- Heat 1/4 cup dressing in large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 3 min.
- or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Cook onions in remaining dressing in same skillet 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and broth; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Add beans, ham, apples and chicken; simmer, covered, 5 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Stir in thyme just before serving.
