Spinach Ricotta Sauce for Pasta

  1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
  2. Add ricotta cheese, milk and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  3. Cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Add spinach; mix well.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in tomatoes and pepper.
  7. Serve tossed with hot cooked fettuccine or your favorite pasta.
