Brie Bites
- 4 pieces Bacon
- 1 whole Apple (cored And Cut Up Into Small Bits)
- 12 whole Phyllo Tart Cups
- 1/4 wheels Brie (from A 16 Ounce Wheel)
- 12 teaspoons Brown Sugar (1 Teaspoon Per Phyllo Cup)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crisp.
- Then remove bacon from the pan.
- Cut the slices into small pieces.
- While the bacon is cooking, cut up the apple into small pieces.
- You will probably only need half of the apple depending on the apple size.
- Put some phyllo tarts on a cookie sheet that youve covered in parchment paper.
- Fill each of the phyllo tarts with cut pieces of brie, about a teaspoon of brown sugar and apple bits to taste.
- You can adjust the amounts of each of the ingredients to taste.
- Top the phyllo tarts with the bacon bits.
- Bake in the oven at 350 F until the brie is melted.
- It will take approximately 15 minutes.
- Let cool and eat.
