Banana-Oat Smoothies

  1. Combine oats, yogurt, banana thirds, milk, honey, and cinnamon in a blender; puree on high speed until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, topped with slices of banana.
  3. If the ingredients in your smoothie dont blend easily, simply add more liquid until everything incorporates.
  4. Adding some (or extra) banana will make any of these recipes thicker and creamier.
