Heart Healthy Scallops With Tortellini Recipe

  1. Optional: Thinly sliced red pepper, fresh mushrooms, etc.
  2. Put water for tortellini on to boil.
  3. Wash, drain and pat dry scallops.
  4. In heavy frying pan saute/fry scallops in butter, garlic, and scallions.
  5. Cook for 5 to 7 min.
  6. Cook tortellini according to directions on package.
  7. Put tortellini and scallops in warmed serving dish and serve.
  8. Serves 2.
