RITZ-y Bitsy Cheeseburgers
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 3 oz. CRACKER BARREL Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- Brown meat in small skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the meat.
- Drain well.
- Stir in ketchup.
- Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice into quarters.
- Top each of 24 of the crackers with 1 tsp.
- of the meat mixture and 1 cheese piece; cover with second cracker to make sandwich.
- Serve warm.
