Macrobiotic Black Tea Flavoured Almond Cookies

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160C.
  3. Add the canola oil and maple syrup and mix evenly until everything is combined.
  4. Piece the dough on the kitchen bench top, and roll it over to 5 mm thick.
  5. Cut into around 2 x 3 cm pieces.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes first and turn them over.
  7. Then bake another 15 minutes.
