Peche Bourbon

  1. In a mixing glass muddle sugar and bitters until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour in the bourbon and peach liqueur.
  3. Add ice and stir until chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf.
  6. *To make Peach-infused Bourbon, steep 6 organic dried peach halves in 1 liter bourbon for 36 hours then strain.
