Sig's Persimmon Lanterns
- 4 sweet and ripe persimmons
- Wash the persimmon and cut a thin slice of the bottom so that it can stand on up.
- Carefully scoop out the inner fruit, eat it if you like or set aside to make a fruit drizzle for icecream or similar
- With a sharp knife cut out a face to your liking.
- The best way to light these is by making a few and making little cuts at the under side an putting a fairy light inside.
