Hawaiian Style Boneless Pork Ribs

  1. Preheat oven 450F.
  2. In a large pot add water (enough to cover the ribs) and bring to a boil.
  3. Once its boiling, add ribs and reduce heat to medium low you want it to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile cut onions.
  5. Remove ribs from pot and place in a large glass pyrex cooking dish.
  6. Wrap each rib with uncooked sliced bacon then add crushed pineapples with some of the juices.
  7. Sprinkle with liquid smoke and steak sauce.
  8. Season with dry mustard and pepper.
  9. Add sliced pineapples on top and bake 25 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and pour honey over top then brown sugar and place back into oven for 25 minutes longer.
  11. Remove from oven and check to see if done by cutting into one of the ribs juices should run clear and there should be no pink).
  12. If done then garnish with maraschino cherries.
  13. I also garnished with basil leaves from my herb garden and sprinkled a little cherry juice for added sweetness.
