Grandma Pat's Dirt Cake

• 12 cup softened butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
• 13 ounces Cool Whip
• 3 12 cups milk
• 20 ounces Oreo cookies
• gummy worms

1. Cream butter, add cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix.
2. Mix together: pudding & milk, Cool Whip.
3. Mix with butter mixture.
4. Crush cookies (leave frosting in cookies).
5. Cover drain hole(s) of a 7" or 8" flower pot with foil.
6. Layer: 1/3 of cookies 1/2 of mixture- 1/3 of cookies- 1/2 of mixture- 1/3 of cookies.
7. Refrigerate over night.
8. Decorate with flowers and gummy worms on surface.
9. (Can also use a 9x13 pan).
