Lamb Burgers

  1. Combine spinach, mint, juice, garlic & egg white in a bowl, add lamb & feta and season well.
  2. Shape into 4 thick patties, cover & chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat an oiled BBQ or char-grill and cook patties for 6-8 mins each side or until cooked to your liking, meanwhile combine tzatziki and tomato & toast the rolls.
  4. Place burgers on split rolls, dollop with tzatziki and garnish with with onion rings & extra sprigs of mint if desired.
