Tracey's Hamburger Casserole
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups no added salt sliced mushrooms
- 12 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 12 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 14 ounces no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 14 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Brown ground beef and cook macaroni.
- Prepare and drain all ingredients.
- Add all ingredients except cheddar.
- Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle cheddar on top.
- Cook at 350F for one hour.
