Barbecued Beef Ribs Low Carb

  1. Fry the beef in a large skillet, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Remove from skillet and add onion and saute until lightly brown.
  3. Cut the flanken in half with your kitchen shears.
  4. Place in crockpot, add onion and pour sauce over all.
  5. Cover and cook on high for one hour, turn heat to low and continue cooking until done.
  6. 4-5 hours.
