Gooey Lemon Bars Recipe
- 1 box lemon cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 egg
- Mix these three ingredients by hand.
- Pat into well greased and floured 9"x13" pan.
- 1 (1 lb.)
- box confectioners' sugar 2 Large eggs
- Beat these three ingredients for three min.
- Pour this mix over the first mix.
- Bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
- Cold completely before cutting into bars.
- Don't over cook.
