Beef Tortellini Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes in puree
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed french onion soup
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. frzn green beans
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. fresh cheese tortellini
- 1 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1 med. zucchini, minced
- In large pot brown beef, drain off fat.
- Add in tomatoes in puree, condensed onion soup, green beans, tortellini, basil and 3 1/2 c. water.
- Heat to boil, reduce heat and cook 10 min.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add in zucchini and cook uncovered 10 min more or possibly till zucchini and tortellini are tender.
- (355 calories; 6 servings.)
- Serve with French bread or possibly biscuits.
