Beef Tortellini Recipe

  1. In large pot brown beef, drain off fat.
  2. Add in tomatoes in puree, condensed onion soup, green beans, tortellini, basil and 3 1/2 c. water.
  3. Heat to boil, reduce heat and cook 10 min.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add in zucchini and cook uncovered 10 min more or possibly till zucchini and tortellini are tender.
  6. (355 calories; 6 servings.)
  7. Serve with French bread or possibly biscuits.
