Cajun Chicken Pasta
- 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts Sliced Thin
- 4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 slices Green Onion
- 4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pound Linguine Noodles, Cooked, To Serve
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, For Garnish
- Toss chicken in Cajun seasoning.
- Oil pan and cook until done.
- Reduce heat and add all the addititional ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until thickened.
- Serve over linguine, sprinkled with Parmesan.
