Cajun Chicken Pasta

  1. Toss chicken in Cajun seasoning.
  2. Oil pan and cook until done.
  3. Reduce heat and add all the addititional ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until thickened.
  5. Serve over linguine, sprinkled with Parmesan.
