Hickory-Smoked Turkey Quesadilla

  1. Cook onions, peppers, Italian seasoning and broth in large skillet until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  2. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and Cajun seasoning until well blended.
  3. For each serving: Spread 1 tortilla with 1 Tbsp.
  4. of the cream cheese mixture; top with 1/2 cup of the vegetable mixture and 2 oz.
  5. turkey.
  6. Fold tortilla in half.
  7. Heat 1 tsp.
  8. oil on griddle.
  9. Add quesadilla; cook 2 to 3 min.
  10. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
