Yugoslavian Sausages
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 pound ground veal
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 large yellow onion peeled, grated
- 3 cloves garlic crushed, peeled
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons black pepper freshly ground
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 pinch nutmeg freshly grated
- 1 x olive oil for basting
- Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, thoroughly and roll the mixture into little inchcigars inch about 1x3inches.
- Rub lightly with olive oil and grill or broil until done.
- These are great on the barbecue.
