Teriyaki Grilled Beef Flat Ribs
- 2 lb Beef flat ribs
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sherry
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar.
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 1/4 tsp Powdered ginger
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- Mix marinade and marinate flat ribs to 20 to 30 mins.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Remove flat ribs from the marinade and pat dry.

- Beef flat ribs are a very thin cut of meat so these will cook very quickly.
- Place on the grill and cook on the first side for a minute or two.
- When the juices start to pull on the top flip over and cook for 1 more minute.
- Remove from grill and served quickly.
