Earthquake cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam
  3. Sprinkle coconut on bottom of pan.
  4. Sprinkle pecan pieces over coconut
  5. Mix cake mix per instructions
  6. Dump chips into a bowl and mix well
  7. Cream together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powder sugar
  8. Pour cake batter into pan
  9. Spoon scoop cream cheese icing into cake batter
  10. Sprinkle half of the chip mixture over the cake
  11. Bake 35 to 40 minutes
  12. Sprinkle with remaining chip mixture on top of the cake.
