Earthquake cake
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 box Triple chocolate fudge cake mix
- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heath baking pieces
- 1/2 cup Carmel baking pieces (chips)
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam
- Sprinkle coconut on bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle pecan pieces over coconut
- Mix cake mix per instructions
- Dump chips into a bowl and mix well
- Cream together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powder sugar
- Pour cake batter into pan
- Spoon scoop cream cheese icing into cake batter
- Sprinkle half of the chip mixture over the cake
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes
- Sprinkle with remaining chip mixture on top of the cake.
