Beer Burgers

  1. Trim crust from bread and break in small pieces.
  2. Pour beer over bread and let stand a few minutes.
  3. In large bowl mix beef and onions, bread and seasonings.
  4. Mix lightly, but throughly.
  5. Form into 8 patties and refrigerate one hour or more to let flavors blend.
  6. Grill over hot coals.
