Pudding Pecan Pie - Pecan Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Stir pudding mix into corn syrup in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in evaporated milk and egg.
  4. Mix in pecans.
  5. Pour into pastry shell.
  6. Bake 45 min or until done.
  7. Cool 3 hours before cutting.
  8. Garnish with whipped topping.
