Sure-to-Please Chicken
- 2 pounds Skinless Chicken Pieces
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 cup Rice
- 1-13 cup Water
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes, With Liquid (1 Small Can)
- 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Green Beans, Drained (1 Can)
- 4 ounces, weight Velveeta, Cubed
- In a lightly sprayed large skillet, brown chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain fat, if necessary, and add rice, water, and tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
- Add additional water during cooking, if needed.
- Add green beans and Velveeta.
- Cover, turn off heat.
- Let sit on the burner for 5 minutes as cheese melts.
- Stir and serve.
