Hard Cider Queso Dip

  1. Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add cider; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced slightly.
  3. Add Velveeta and drained tomatoes.
  4. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until Velveeta melts, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and apple slices, if desired.
