Hard Cider Queso Dip
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay Original Spread-tub
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup hard cider
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10 oz. each) Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- Blue corn tortilla chips and apple slices, optional
- Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring occasionally.
- Add cider; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced slightly.
- Add Velveeta and drained tomatoes.
- Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until Velveeta melts, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips and apple slices, if desired.
